The results show that Chinese men gymnastics athletes have small advantages in pommel horse，parallel bars and horizontal bar，whereas they have not enough physical fitness in rings，vaulting horse and free exercises. This article put forward the improvement measures to increase physical fitness in our weak apparatus competition by the way of inheriting good traditions and scientific training methods.
结果显示：我国男子选手的鞍马、双杠和单杠三个项目的专项体适能稍具优势，而吊环、跳马和自由体操三个项目的专项体适能稍显不足，提出继承优良传统和采用科学训练方法等增强弱项体适能的改进建议。
